Effect of Functional Training on Physical Fitness Among Athletes: A Systematic Review

There is evidence that functional training beneficial for the overall physical fitness of athletes. However, there a lack systematic review focused on effects athletes' fitness. Thus, aimed present to clarify among In accordance with Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyzes (PRISMA) Statement guidelines, search PubMed, SCOPUS, EBSCOhost (SPORTDiscus), CINAHL Plus databases was undertaken 2nd November 2020 identify reported studies, using combination keywords related training, fitness, From 145 studies , only nine articles met all eligibility criteria were included in review.
